Our turned leg farmhouse table kit is designed for DIY builders who want high-quality wood table parts to create a custom, heirloom-style dining table. This DIY dining table kit is sized to fit 5ft or 6ft table tops and supports widths from 29 inches up to 37 inches, making it ideal for standard or narrow farmhouse table builds. Each wood dining table base is sold unfinished, allowing you full control over stain or paint choices to match your space.

This farmhouse table kit includes four turned furniture legs and custom-fit apron and skirting pieces. Screws are provided to attach the legs to the skirting, and all apron pieces are hand cut, sanded, and predrilled with pocket holes to simplify assembly. No top included. The turned table legs are crafted from durable rubberwood and are drop-shipped directly from our supplier, while the pine table skirting is made to order in our shop and ships separately, meaning packages may arrive at different times.

This is a true DIY farmhouse table project. Assembly instructions are not included, so buyers must be comfortable assembling furniture using the listing photos as reference. We provide screws for attaching the legs to the skirting, but screws for attaching your tabletop are not included since tabletop thickness can vary. For a standard 1.5-inch thick tabletop, we recommend using 2.5-inch pocket hole screws.

Our table kits are crafted from real wood and will feature natural wood characteristics such as grain variation, knots, and other organic imperfections that add to the charm and authenticity of an heirloom table build. Because the skirting and legs are different wood species, they may absorb stain slightly differently if you choose to stain the base.

Finished base sizing once assembled is as follows: the leg size features a 3.5-inch square shank and stands 28.5 inches tall. A 66 x 31 x 28.5 base is used for a 6ft x 37-inch top, 56 x 31 x 28.5 for a 5ft x 37-inch top, 66 x 25 x 28.5 for a 6ft x 29-inch top, and 56 x 25 x 28.5 for a 5ft x 29-inch top.
