Unfortunately Etsy cannot quote our style of shipping so we ask customers to contact us before ordering. Our items ship fully assembled, which can be pricey to some areas of the country. We ship with smaller companies who are more like movers. The items are blanket wrapped and typically arrive in a box truck or truck and trailer. The service you are paying for is for threshold delivery only. While some carriers may assist or deliver in home, they are not required to do this. The driver should call within 24 hours of delivery. While they do try to schedule a time frame that works for you, they do typically have other deliveries so options may be limited.

This product is just as offered. Everything is made to order, so there is a slight delay, as he is slammed. However, he tells you right away and works with you. The wait was well worth it. It was completed on a Friday and delivered Sunday morning! I would definitely recommend. I will be ordering some end tables from him shortly.

I looked at local furniture stores and couldn’t find the farm table that l was looking for. I love it! COVID delayed the delivery but I’m glad I waited . There was great communication from the seller.
